Peach Melba Smoothie
This smoothie recipe is a swirly, colorful delight that is fun to make with the kids. Made from peaches and low-fat yogurt, it’s a healthy alternative to breakfast treats that are high in sugars.

Peach Melba Smoothie Recipe
For the Coulis:
1/2 cup raspberries
squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
For the Smoothie:
2 peaches; pitted & chopped
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup milk
For the coulis – place the berries, juice and honey in your blender and process until smooth. Pour out and set aside. If you don’t want any seed, pour the coulis through a strainer.
Don’t wash the blender as it will give your smoothie a nice pink color.
For the smoothie – place the peaches, milk and yogurt into your blender and process for about 1 minutes or until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl, swirl in the raspberry coulis, then pour into a glass to serve.
