Spinach Yogurt Smoothie

Mom always told you to eat your spinach, so here’s an unexpectedly delicious way to get the green vegetable into your daily diet.

Smoothie tip: If fresh spinach is not available, frozen spinach can be used, but it should be heated and left to cool before using it in your smoothie recipe.

      Hi Joyce,

You are correct. We do not provide nutritional value on our smoothie recipes. We believe that life is too short to be that granular in our diets.

With or without nutritional information on our smoothie recipes, we hope you’ll come back and try a few of our smoothie recipes.
