This smoothie recipe produces a big batch which means you can make it once, toss it into the freezer and drink it all week long without having to start over.

High Energy Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 4 Servings


  • 2 quarts coconut water
  • 2 pints pineapple; chopped
  • 2 pints watermelon; chopped
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 bag frozen blueberries
  • 2 green apples; chopped or 2 bananas; sliced


Pour the coconut water into your smoothie blender then add pineapples, watermelon, baby spinach, blueberries and apples or bananas and process until smooth.

Pour into 16 oz. glass and serve.

Freeze excess to drink at a later time.
