High Energy Smoothie RecipeServings: 4 Servings
- 2 quarts coconut water
- 2 pints pineapple; chopped
- 2 pints watermelon; chopped
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 bag frozen blueberries
- 2 green apples; chopped or 2 bananas; sliced
InstructionsPour the coconut water into your smoothie blender then add pineapples, watermelon, baby spinach, blueberries and apples or bananas and process until smooth.
Pour into 16 oz. glass and serve.
Freeze excess to drink at a later time.
