Peach & Raspberry Smoothie

This classic combination relies on the sweetness of a ripe peach to work well. Make sure the peach is not over-ripe, else it will have an unpleasant taste.

Smoothie tip: Try adding a couple of mint leaves to the blend, as well as decorating the serving glass with them.

Peach & Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 peach; pitted & chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries; plus extra to decorate
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • mint leaves; optional for decoration

Instructions

Combine the peach raspberries, Greek yogurt and milk into your smoothie blender and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour immediately into chilled serving glass and decorate with mint leaves and extra raspberries.
