Papaya & Lime Smoothie

A rich, thick and sustaining smoothie, but delicately fragrant with the scents of tropical fruits.

Smoothie tip: If the lime is too tart for your taste buds, try leaving out the lime juice and substituting it with a teaspoon of honey.

Papaya & Lime Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya; peeled, pitted & chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • optional - melon slices and mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

Place the papaya, lime juice, Greek yogurt and milk into your smoothie blender and process for approximately 1 minute or until smoothielicious. Pour into a glass to serve. Optionally, decorate your smoothie with melon slices and mint for a nice touch.
