Monster Juice Kiwi Smoothie

The spooky green makes this healthy smoothie fun to drink, especially during the Halloween season.

Our main ingredient of this smoothie recipe is kiwi which contains a high amount of Vitamin C (more than oranges), as much potassium as bananas and a good amount of beta-carotene.

Monster Juice Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 cup seedless white grapes
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
  • 3 green apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 3 tbsp. milk

Instructions

Place the kiwi fruit, grapes, melons, apples and milk into your blender and process until smooth and frothy.

Pour into glass and serve.
