Momma’s Strawberry Shake

This easy smoothie recipe is a secret recipe from momma’s kitchen and is finally being made public with smoothie lovers of the world! This is a smoothie shake made of childhood.

Smoothie tip: Canned fruit shakes taste like a cross between the fresh fruit and the preserve shakes. Use fruits in natural juices whenever possible as these are less sweet.

Momma’s Strawberry Shake Recipe

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can strawberries
  • 3/4 whole milk
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 2 scoops vanilla or strawberry ice cream
  • ice cubes to serve

Instructions

Drain the strawberries and place in your smoothie blender. Process until Puréed. Add the milk, half & half and ice cream then again process until smoothielicious. Pour over ice cubes.
