Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder
  • 5 fl. oz low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar
  • powdered cinnamon; optional for decoration

Instructions

Place the hazelnut butter, protein powder and low-fat milk into your blender and process until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with a light dusting of cinnamon powder.
