- 1 cup strawberries; hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Is there any other juice that you can youse instead of orange juice? Could you replace the yougart with ice ?
Hi Sydney,
Maybe give grape juice a try. You can also replace the yogurt with ice but it might change the consistency. It might take a full cup of ice to keep the smoothie from being to watery. It you try the grape juice and ice a try, let us know how it turns out.
OK, I have tried many smoothies and juicers from the NInja book I got with my ninja (I have also recommend the Ninja to many of my customers at work), anyhow this I was a bit questionable because of the greek yogurt. I do use the greek yogurt for the health reasons, but I try not to use as much because the taste factor can be a bit bitter….but this smoothie is AWESOME!!!! Love the the taste and consistency, the berries and the juice work so well with the greek yogurt…..GREAT.
Thanks so much,
Renee
